Box Score Lakewood, N.J. - (10/15/2013) – Georgian Court University kept Chestnut Hill College off balance all night, disarming the Griffins in a 3-0 (17-25, 23-25, 11-25) Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) win. Three Griffins topped out at four kills apiece while freshman libero Regina Trabosh (Norristown, Pa.) proved as the team's best performer with 16 digs.
 
Leading Georgian Court University (10-9, 7-1), junior setter Jaslene Lopez (Coamo, Puerto Rico) supplied 40 assists to a trio of double-digit attackers. Junior outside hitter Tatiana Villariny Rodriguez (Rio Grande, Puerto Rico) led the group with 14 kills while her classmates, outside hitter Anabelle Barinas (Newark, N.J.) and Jhoan Agosto Rivera (Carolina, Puerto Rico) offered 12 and ten kills, respectively. Junior libero Francheska Cedres (Carolina, Puerto Rico) hustled to 21 digs.
 
Freshman outside hitter Madison McBride (Long Beach, Calif.), sophomore middle hitter Rachel Biro (Nazareth, Pa.), and junior right side Kaitlyn Schock (Allentown, Pa.) shared the Chestnut Hill College (6-14, 4-5) four-kill lead. Freshman setter Emily Drew (Ringoes, N.J.) fed them and their teammates with 18 assists. Senior middle hitter Mary Markowski (Parkton, Md.) helped Trabosh's defensive effort with three blocks.
 
The women's volleyball team returns home to host Goldey-Beacom College on Thursday, October 17, when they send Sorgenti Arena back in time with 80's Night. The CACC match is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. opening serve.
