Philadelphia, Pa. – (9/10/2013) – With the 2013 season currently underway and the home schedule fast approaching, the Chestnut Hill College women's volleyball team unveils their promotional schedule. As the fan base of Sorgenti Area grows more passionate and intense with each match, the Griffins will unify the crowd with five theme-based events. All five matches will feature high-level Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play, plenty of entertainment, and awards for all those in attendance.
 
Friday, September 27 vs. Caldwell College: Super Hero Night
Fans are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite super hero or to be creative and come dressed as their very own creation. Prizes will be awarded for the two best dressed super heroes.
 







Wednesday, October 2 vs. University of the Sciences: Side-out Foundation Dig Pink
The evening will feature a 50/50 drawing, a serving competition, and prizes for fan who wears the most pink. The Chestnut Hill College volleyball team encourages all to attend and wear their pink in support of breast cancer research. All proceeds benefit the Side-Out Foundation.
 










Thursday, October 17 vs. Goldey-Beacom College: 80's Night
Fans should come dressed in 80's style clothing. Prizes are given to the best dressed male and female. Warm-up and in between match music will feature some of the best music from the decade.
 






Friday, November 1 vs. Georgian Court University: Hawaiian Night
Fans should come dressed in their best Hawaiian-style clothes and outfits. There will be a luau dance competition following the match.
 







Wednesday, November 6 vs. Holy Family University: Griffin Night
Here is your chance to show your Griffin Spirit! Come wearing your red and gold or go all out and dress up like a griffin. Prizes will be given to the two most spirited fans. A serving competition will take place after the match for a chance to win prizes.










The women's volleyball begins their fight for the top of the CACC South Division on Friday, September 11, when they host Wilmington University in their home and CACC opener.
