Jason Burns (Douglassville, Pa.) put his head to good use on the equalizer, 1-1. He struck again a little more than four minutes later (89:11) to give Chestnut Hill College the lead, 2-1, with only seconds remaining and eventually their second Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) win of the season.
Chestnut Hill College (3-3, 2-1) earned a pair of corner kicks in the 12
th minute (12:01, 12:26) and fired pair of shots, before a Dominican College (0-6, 0-3) drew a foul in the box for an early penalty kick opportunity and freshman forward Sergio Monton (Madrid, Spain) converted the free go to give the visitors a 1-0 lead at 18:47. The Chargers controlled play after that, but the momentum eventually disappeared around the 49
th minute, resulting in a rush of late Griffin chances; the last a stopped Burns drive.
