Box Score | Flushing, N.Y. - (4/15/2018) – Chestnut Hill College visited Queens College on Sunday, April 15, for another high-level National Collegiate Athletic Association East Region match. There, the Knights used a 2-1 doubles advantage to spur them for the 7-2 victory. Queens College (16-5) won number one, 9-7, and number two, 8-0, doubles, before Chestnut Hill College (9-7) secured the final point of the round. Thanks to a hard-fought 9-8 (7-5) victory from Senior Felix Andre (Berlin, Germany) and sophomore Adam Gavin (Gothenburg, Sweden) the Griffins cut the deficit in half for singles play. Unfortunately, the triumph did not provide enough momentum to overcome the Knights, who won five of six singles flights. An equally determined performance from sophomore Antoine Gautier (Eysines, France) won Chestnut Hull College the final point of the match at number three singles, 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-4).

The Chestnut Hill College men's tennis team completes their regular season and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) schedules on Wednesday, April 18, when they visit Jefferson for a 3:00 p.m. match.
