Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest as Wilmington University closed the opening frame with a 6-0 run before eventually defeating Chestnut Hill College by a 17-9 measure. Junior attack

Julia Reinert (Bridgeport, Pa.) both recorded three goals and an assist to lead the Griffins offensively; the former also recorded a draw, while the latter additionally provided three ground balls, four draws, and caused a turnover.
Today's affair was tied at 2-2 (25:01) five minutes in (25:01) and again at 4-4 just eight minutes (17:18) later, but just before the 10-minute mark (10:06) Wilmington University (9-7, 6-2) began a 6-0 run to a 10-5 halftime lead. Sophomore defender Brooke Siebert (Felton, Pa.) led the Wildcats with seven points (4 goals, 3 assists), seven ground balls, seven draws, and three caused turnovers. Sophomore attack Taylor Lambeth (Townsend, Del.) was her best compliment as she offered three goals, two assists, and two ground balls. In goal, senior Maddie Hurm (Elkton, Md.) and freshman Tori Grubowski (Bel Air, Md.) split the time; Hurm earned the win (7-5) with four saves in the first half.
