The Griffins won the doubles point early and posted wins at number five (6-3, 6-1), number four (6-2, 6-2), and number two (6-3, 6-3) singles to defeat the Marauders; sophomore
Jesus Darias (Bolivar, Venezuela) supplied the match-winner.

Erik Jorsal (Mudgeeraba, Australia) started Chestnut Hill College (14-4) on the right path with their 6-4 win at number one doubles. The following 6-4 number three doubles win from freshman
Kai Adler (Leer, Germany) and Darias secured the Griffins the doubles point, 1-0, as Millersville University (5-13) recorded their only win at number two doubles, 7-6 (8-6).
In singles play, the Griffins won the match with three consecutive individual victories. Adler secured the first of those three points with his 6-3, 6-1, win at number five singles, 2-0. Jorsal and Darias then provided the deciding points with respective wins at number four (6-2, 6-2) and number two (6-3, 6-3) singles, 4-0. Additional Scarlet and Gold points followed at number three (3-6, 6-2, 6-1), number six (6-3, 1-6, 7-5), and number one (6-4, 2-6, 10-7) singles, where junior
Antoine Gautier (Bordeaux, France), Adler, and Pitchley respectively earned individual victories.
Chestnut Hill College resumes their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) schedule on Saturday, April 13, when they host Jefferson in a 12:00 p.m. match.
