Bronxville, N.Y. - (5/11/2019) – After losing number two doubles by a 6-2 spread, #4 Chestnut Hill College rattled off five straight wins to secure the doubles point and three straight singles points for a 4-0 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II East Regional Championship Tournament victory over #5 Bentley University. With the win, the Griffins advance to face #1 Concordia College (NY) in a 12:00 p.m. national-qualifier as the winner receives an invitation to the NCAA DII Men's Tennis Championship Tournament at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Bentley University (15-9) got a leg up with their 6-2 win at number two doubles, but the advantage was short lived as Chestnut Hill College (18-6) battled back for the team point with consecutive wins at number one and number three doubles. Freshman
