Indianapolis, Ind. – (5/8/2019) – Selected as the #4 seed for the upcoming National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) East Regional Championship, Chestnut Hill College will face #5 Bentley University this Saturday, May 11, in a noon (12:00 p.m.) quarterfinal match at Concordia College (NY). Last night's
Division II (DII) Men's Tennis Selection Show on NCAA.com revealed the Clippers and Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) as the respective #1 and #2 seeds for the East Region, they will receive byes for the first round of play and compete on Sunday, May 12, versus the quarterfinal winners at their respective sites. In addition to the #4 Chestnut Hill College/#5 Bentley University quarterfinal, #3 Queens College will face #6 Merrimack College during Saturday's competition, for the right to play #2 SNHU.
Chestnut Hill College is currently 17-6 overall and finished 6-2 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) prior to making their seventh straight appearance in the CACC Championship with a 4-0 semifinal victory over #3 Post University on April 23. The Griffins placed freshman
