Philadelphia, Pa. (10/5/2021) - Chestnut Hill College (2-9, 0-5) dropped their fifth straight Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest, losing to Holy Family University (11-2, 6-0), 3-0 (13-25, 21-25, 14-25) at Holy Family's Campus Center Tuesday night.  Torrin Kelley opened the match with two aces and the Griffins played the Tigers to a 6-6 tie early before the Tigers pulled away to win 25-13.  Holy Family then swept the next two sets 25-21 and 25-14.

Erika Dubosky (Summit Hill, Pa.) and Leah Miller (Punxsutawney, Pa.) led the Griffins with five kills apiece while  Lauren Lipinski (Gilbert, Ariz.) and Angela April (Folsom, Pa.) added four kills each.  Kelley (Hanover, Pa.) recorded a double-double with a career-high 16 assists and 11 digs.  Dubosky and Vanessa Caballero (San Dimas, Calif.) added nine digs apiece.

Chestnut Hill college returns to Sorgenti Arena on Thursday, October 7, 2021 when they host Wilmington University.  Tipoff is 7 p.m.
