Lottie Allin (Darby, England) had the most success in singles, winning the opening game of the fourth flight by a 7-5 measure, but dropping the second game 6-1 and the tiebreaker 10-5.
Concordia College (2-0, 2-0) secured the doubles point with wins in the third (6-0) and first (6-1) flights. In singles, the Clippers quickly extended their lead over Chestnut Hill College (0-4, 0-2) with successive wins a number three (6-1, 6-1), number two (6-2, 6-0), number one (6-0, 6-2), number six (6-0, 6-3), and number five (6-2, 6-1), before Allin finally fell in the fourth flight.
Chestnut Hill College returns to the campus courts on Tuesday, March 23, when they host Thomas Jefferson University in a 2:30 p.m. CACC match.
