Box Score The Chestnut Hill College Men's Tennis team remains unbeaten in conference play as they defeated Post University 5-2 Saturday afternoon in Middlebury, Connecticut.
The win was the Griffins' fifth straight as they improve to 6-2 overall and 4-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference games. The Eagles fall to 5-10 overall and 2-3 in league play.

The Griffins started off the match by sweeping all three doubles contests to earn the doubles point.  Â
Tom Pitchley (London, England) and
Joseph Gregory Kvint (Huntington Valley, Pa.) won at #1 doubles 6-4 over Cooper smith and Anton Andersson while
Joao Sousa (Figueroa da Foz, Portugal) and
Domagoj Dugandzic (Stuttgart, Germany) were also 6-4 winners at #3 doubles, defeating Jose Nunez and Nikolas Longenfeld.Â
Noah Cutting (Bury St. Edmonds, England) and
Mark Gladkyy (Vineland, N.J.) completed the sweep with a 7-5 win over Gustavo Keebler and Nino Krento at #2 doubles.

Pitchley gave the Griffins a 2-0 lead with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Kreneto at #1 singles. and Sousa pushed the lead to 3-0, defeating Ivan Kolchanov 6-2, 6-2 at #4 singles.  The eagles then got on the board with a win at #6 singles to make the score 3-1.

Dugandzic clinched the win for the Griffins with a 6-3, 6-2 win over Andersson at #5 doubles. Cutting they scored the final point for the Griffins, defeating Kerber, 6-0, 1-6, 6-2 at #2 singles. Post won at #3 singles for their final point of the match.

The Chestnut Hill College Men's Tennis Team will be back in action on Monday, April 4, 2022 when they host Saint Thomas Aquinas College. The Spartans are ranked #49 nationally in the most recent ITA Division II computer rankings. First serve is set for 1:00 p.m.
