Gannon filled all ten frames in the team's next match, a close 822-791 loss to New Jersey City University.

In CHC's third match, the Griffins faced #23 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, falling to the Warhawks,  947-870.   Gannon and freshman Maddy Feldschneider each filled eight of ten frames in the contest.

2021 NCAA Bowling National Champion University of Nebraska was up next.  The #4-ranked Cornhuskers dominated the match and won with a score of 953-790.  Gannon filled eight of ten frames while sophomore Eryn Moore filled seven.

In the Griffins final match of the day, they faced 2022 national runner-up Stephen F. Austin State.  The Lumberacks, ranked #5 in the most recent NTCA poll, beat the Griffins 1090-795.  McGonigal filled nine of ten frames while Gannon and Moore filled seven apiece.
