The Griffins opened the match by taking two of the three doubles matches with Meirovich and Claudia Rasilla earned a 7-6 (7-4) win over Quinonez and Zehra Canbaz at #2 doubles and Isaac and Bandel defeating Mova and Sofia Lopez 7-6 (9-7) at #1 doubles, giving Chestnut Hill the important doubles point.
