Two members of the Chestnut Hill College Men's Soccer team have earned all-conference accolades as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference announced their 2025 Men's Soccer All-Conference Teams and major awards on Thursday.

The two Griffins honored were seniors Rodrigo Artiga and Abdoulaye Kamagate. Both players were voted in as selected as second team honorees.   The teams are voted on by the league's 11 head coaches.

This year's selections also mark the first time since the 2015 season that Chestnut Hill College has had two or more men's soccer players earn all-conference accolades.  The 2015 season had two all-conference honorees as did the 2014 squad

Artiga and Kamagate are just the eighth and ninth players in program history to earn All-CACC accolades.   Kamagate was also the 2023 CACC Rookie of the Year

Kamagate finished his 2025 season tied for the team lead with 16 points, scoring five goals and adding six assists.  His six assists ranked second among CACC players. He recorded two goals in the Griffins' win over Virigina State  and had two assists and a goal in Chestnut Hill's conference win over Goldey-Beacom College.  He was named to the CACC Weekly honor roll twice this season in back-to-back weeks (October6 & October 13)

Artiga played and started in 11 games this season, recording a 2.20 goals against average  while recording 68 saves. He earned wins this season against Shepherd, Goldey-Beacom College and Holy Family University.  He led the league in saves per game at 6.18 and his 68 saves was the fourth highest in the conference.

The men's soccer team concluded their 2025 season with a 6-10-1 record , doubling their number of wins for the season before and finishing tenth in the CACC standings.
