The Chestnut Hill College Women's bowling team closed out the weekend at the Golden Bear Invitational hosted by Kutztown University and played at Berks Lanes in
Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania.
Chestnut Hill played three Baker Format matches on Sunday, dropping all three. To finish in 11th place for the tournament
The Griffins opened the day against Delaware State University, falling to the Hornets, 851-690.
The second match was against a familiar foe, conference rival Holy Family University. The Tigers came away with a 929-634 win.
The Griffins closed out the day with their closest match of the tournament and their highest scoring one, falling to another conference rival Wilmington University 847-788.
The women's bowling team returns to action on Saturday, November 8, 2025 when the travel to New York for the first of two Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference meets. Dominican University is hosting next weekend's event.
