A 12-6 run to open the second half pushed the Tigers lead to 13, 46-33 just four minutes into the final period.   Three minutes later the Griffins cut the lead to seven, 49-42 following a three-point basket from Jeremiah Gorham. The next four minutes belonged to the Tigers as they outscored the Griffins 16-7 to expand their lead to 18, 67-49.  A three-point basket from Tyler Spencer cut the lead to 15, 67-52 with 6:22 left but this would be as close as the Griffins would come the rest of the way as the Tigers maintained their double digit lead en route to the 16-point win.
