Chestnut Hill College Athletics

West Babylon, N.Y. -- Chestnut Hill College junior Christina Del Vecchio (Warrington, Pa.) earned weekly honors from the East Coast Conference for her performance at Virginia Union University Invitational. She helped the Griffins post a 10-2 record for third place out of 11 teams in the tournament to take spots on the conference's honor roll.

Del Vecchio averaged 180.6 pins per game at the Virginia Union University Invitational. She filled 10-of-10 frames in the team's win over Fayetteville State, posted a team-high 185 in a win over Bowie State, and bowled a 191 to help take down Norfolk State.
