Lafayette Hill, Pa. - (9/16/2021) - With time racing off the clock in the second overtime period of this evening's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opener, a Goldey-Beacom College (1-3, 0-1) hand ball in the box granted Chestnut Hill College (2-1-1, 1-0) the opportunity to score a win on the two-year anniversary of Head Coach Sandy Dickson's passing. Freshman forward Lizzie Stokes (Philadelphia, Pa.) made sure the chance counted as she buried the penalty kick to the left of the Lightning goalkeeper with 40 seconds (109:20) and change remaining on the game clock; 2-1 (2OT). Senior goalkeeper Bri Hewlett (North Wales, Pa.) (2-1-1) recorded her second win of the season and totaled eight saves in the 109:20 minutes.
