Philadelphia, Pa. – (4/26/2014) – Finishing just before an afternoon shower, #2 Chestnut Hill College ended the day's second Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Semifinal match with a 5-0 shutout of #2 University of the Sciences (USciences). The Griffins advance to the CACC Championship Match where they will host #1 Concordia College for a second consecutive title bout.
Chestnut Hill College (20-5) swept doubles play with wins of 8-2 at number one doubles and number three doubles, and an 8-1 win at number two doubles. Senior

Yoann Pham (Boulogne-Billancourt, France) and junior
Steven Say (Cannes, France), and junior
Michael Humes (Mt. Laurel, N.J.) and senior
Manuel Ceniceros (Mexico City, Mexico) followed with respective wins at in the top team flight and the third team flight.
The Griffins only needed two individual wins to seal the victory and the first 20-win season in program history. They got them at number five and number six singles, winning both by 6-0, 6-0, finals thanks to Moore and sophomore
Kevin Taylor (Burlington, N.J.), respectively.
