6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Warm-Up
7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Technical Training
7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Small Sided Games (Goalkeeper Training)
8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - 11 vs. 11 Games
