The Chestnut Hill College Golf team remained in fourth place as they completed their final round of the GBC Fall Invitational at Wyncote golf club in Oxford, Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
The Griffins scored 318 on the final day to finish with a two-day total of 633, five strokes behind third place Felician University and 14 strokes behind second place Jefferson University. Host Goldey-Beacom college won the event with a score of 595.
P.J. Schulte was the Griffins top finisher with final score 157, shooting an 81  for his second round to finish in a tied for eighth place. Schulte birdied the 12th hole and recorded ten pars in his final round.
Chase Forsyth also finished tied for eighth with Schulte with a final round of 77 for an overall score of 157. Forsyth birdied the ninth and tenth holes and added nine pars for the round.Â
Kiefer Sharman finished the two-day event with a score of 160, shooting an 81 in his final round. Sharman birdied the third and sixth holes and added nine pars along the way, finishing in a tie for 15th place.
 Hugo Almeida recorded five birdies in his final round and four pars enroute to a score of 79 , seven strokes better than his opening round. He along with teammate Rogelio Gerena finished tied for 18th with a final tow-round total of 165.Â
Gerena shot an 85 on the afternoon with two birdies and six pars.
