Chestnut Hill College used a 14-2 run to tie the contest at 45-45 with 7:25 remaining and a free throw by freshman guard Mary Trossi (Somerset, N.J.) gave the Griffins a one point lead, 46-45 (6:58), but the momentum was not enough to secure a CACC victory as the Lady Rams controlled their possessions, leaving the Griffins little time to combat an eventual 59-52 defeat.
