Box Score Philadelphia, Pa. – (2/8/2014) – With defense and rebounding Chestnut Hill College posted a 33-16 halftime advantage that sustained a second-half Nyack College rally for a 66-50 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) victory. Three Griffins finished in double figures as a busy backcourt, powered by junior guards
Shayla Felder (Cheltenham, Pa.) and
Tenisha Townsend-Mobley (Pleasantville, N.J.), accounted for 22 of the Griffins 33 second-half points to deny the Warriors second-half rush.

But a 17-point halftime advantage nearly disappeared in the opening ten minutes of the first half (10:05), as junior guard Audrey Matteson (Monticello, Ind.) brought back Nyack College (6-16, 5-10) within four points, 40-36, of the Griffins midway through the closing period. She was supported by Townsend-Mobley, who helped the Griffins reestablish their former advantage and more with the deficit reaching as many as 20 points, 66-46 (1:07), in the final minutes of play.
Matteson was the top performer for the Warriors attack with 14 points, nine rebounds, two assists, one block, and one steal. She was aided by eight points and ten rebounds from senior forward Camille Nwosu (Centreville, Va.).
