Campbell headlined the Griffins initial effort, which propelled Chestnut Hill College (3-11, 3-5) to a 4-3 advantage with 18:10 remaining in the first half. She started the Griffins off with the game's first goal just 1:02 after the opening draw, 1-0. Following a pair of Holy Family University (6-7, 6-3) goals, Herbert evened the score with an unassisted tally at 20:50, 2-2. The Tigers took the lead back 28 seconds later (20:22), 3-2, but Campbell's goals at 19:12 and 18:10 returned the home team to a one-goal advantage, 4-3. Unfortunately, the next 11 goals were scored by the Tigers who separated for a 12-4 halftime lead before eventually winning the contest 15-8.
Sophomore midfielder Paige Settar (Mullica Hill, N.J.) scored six goals, provided an assist, recovered a ground ball, and collected five draws to headline the Tigers side of the box score. She was supported by sophomore midfielder Nicole Braungart (Medford, N.J.) and senior attack Brigit LaRose (Lumberton, N.J.), who combined for five goals, three ground balls, and five caused turnovers. Sophomore goalkeeper Grace Deckert (Jarrettsville, Md.) made two saves and recovered a ground ball in the win (6-7).
Campbell added two ground balls and a caused turnover to her hat trick while Herbert recorded three ground balls in addition to hers. Freshman attack

Jacklyn O'Leary (East Meadow, N.Y.) were responsible for the other Griffin goals while freshman goalkeeper

The women's lacrosse team will conclude their 2014 home schedule and recognize their senior class on Thursday, April 17, when they host Wilmington University in a 7:00 p.m. CACC contest.
