Kevin Taylor (Burlington, N.J.) of the men's tennis team is currently featured in
NetPlay Magazine. The official magazine of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Middle States, NetPlay Magazine and its
Facebook presence are designed to promote and support the growth of tennis at every level in the middle states sections of the United States, which includes Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey (exclusive of a 35-mile radius around New York City) and northwestern West Virginia.
Taylor is a two-sport student-athlete after joining the inaugural Chestnut Hill College sprint football team for the historic 2015 season. A fixture of the Chestnut Hill College men's tennis program, Taylor has balanced school, sports, work, and a professional internship over the course of his four years in the Scarlet and Gold. He is a valuable commodity in the lineup, providing depth in singles and doubles play to the tune of 97 career victories; which places him tied with Manuel Ceniceros '14 for second in singles wins (48) and fourth all-time in doubles wins (49).
In the classroom, Taylor is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in political science with minors in communications and business administration and management. He has been a member of the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll for fall 2013, fall 2014, spring 2015, and fall 2015.
The Chestnut Hill College men's tennis team concludes their regular season schedule on Thursday, April 21, when they join the women to host Millersville University in a 2:30 p.m. Senior Day dual match.
