Maddie Jimenez (Bensalem, Pa.) lead a versatile crew that includes six experienced seniors, four reliable juniors, a healthy arsenal of sophomore talent, and a pair of talented freshman that fight for each other as well as Scarlet and Gold.
In 2018, Chestnut Hill College enjoyed the immediate impact of new additions as Jimenez

Madison Taylor (Bensalem, Pa.) (6 points; 2 goals, 2 assists), and senior forward

Amanda Ianniciello (Milton, Ontario/Rowan College at Burlington County) and freshmen, forward
Riley Regan (Philadelphia, Pa.) and defenseman
Josie Wilson (Mantua, N.J.) each bring valuable skills to the pitch. Regan has shown promise on the attack, while Wilson looks comfortable as a member of the Scarlet and Gold backfield. In goal, Ianniciello offers junior-college experience and depth to a vital position.

Tayanis Torres (Villas, N.J.) make up Chestnut Hill College's healthy arsenal of sophomores. Jimenez totaled her team-high 13 points with team-highs in goals (5) and assists (3). She also recorded a team-high 44 shots and provided the game-winner in the Griffins' CACC Finale against Felician University (W, 2-0 on October 20). Taylor offered six points with two goals and two assists in her first season as a Griffin, while Lombardi made three appearances in 2018.

Gab Fanfarillo (Glassboro, N.J.), and midfielder
Marisa Murphy (Philadelphia, Pa.) are the reliable juniors. Banks proved valuable in her first season in the Scarlet and Gold, making 75 saves over nine appearances in goal. Meanwhile, Fanfarillo and Murphy are potential playmakers with an attraction for the ball.

Hannah Waugh (Jamison, Pa.). Shinkowitz (2 goals) and DiRugeris (1 goal, 2 assists) both finished 2018 with four points and will play significant roles for the Griffins in 2019. Additionally, McCormick, Slemmer, and Waugh offer familiarity and passion to the Scarlet and Gold's purpose.
The Chestnut Hill College women's soccer team opens their 2019 season on Saturday, September 7, when they host East Stroudsburg University in a 1:00 p.m. home opener at Victory Field #1.
