Chestnut Hill College Men's Basketball player
MJ Iraldi was named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate conference Men's Basketball Weekly honor Roll for his performance in the Griffins two games last week.
This week's honor marks the fourth time that Iraldi has been recognized by the conference, having been named CACC Rookie of the Week last week and earning Weekly Honor Roll status twice earlier in the season.
Iraldi averaged 18.5 points and 9.0 rebounds while shooting 50% from the field as the Griffins went 0-2 last week.Â
Opening the week against CACC powerhouse Jefferson University, Iraldi scored 16 points on 6-for-13 shooting from the field. He also grabbed six rebounds.
Iraldi tied his career high with 21 points in Chestnut Hill's loss to Wilmington University. The freshman guard/forward connected on eight of 15 shots from the field while grabbing 12 rebounds to record a double-double. He also had three assists and a steal
For the week, Iraldi scored 37 points while shooting 14-for-26 (50%). He grabbed a total of 18 rebounds while recording three assists and a steal.
