Two members of the Chestnut Hill College Men's Lacrosse team were named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division II All-North Region team as announced by the organization today
Chestnut Hill's two honorees were both first team all-conference winners earlier this season. Leading the way was graduate student Mick Kilgallon who was a third team All-North Region honoree at midfield. Senior Evan Farlow earned honorable mention All-North Region accolades.
The two standout players led the Griffins to their seventh consecutive Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament berth in 2025, falling in overtime in the tournament semi-finals to eventual champion Georgian Court University. The Griffins finishes the season with a 6-2 conference record and a 7-6 overall mark.
Kilgallon played in all 13 games this season for the Griffins, starting 12. He led the team in goals with 28 and points (44) and was second on the team with 16 assists. Kilgallon recorded 23 ground balls, the fourth best total on the team. Conference wise- Mick ranked ninth in the league in goals/game (2.15) and points/game (3.38) and eighth in shots/game (7.85). He scored multiple goals in nine of the Griffins' 13 games, including a five-goal four assist effort against Wheeling University in Chestnut Hill's season opener.
This season Kilgallon earned USILA Division II Team of the Week Honors once along with CACC Player of the Week. He was also named to the conference honor roll one time.
Farlow has played in every game and has been a solid defender for the Griffins all-season long, leading the team with 32 ground balls and fifth on the team with ten caused turnovers. He also scored a goal and three assists on the season.
In his four seasons, Farlow has recorded 24 caused turnovers to rank among the Griffins' top 20 all-time leaders.
Kilgallon and Farlow will now be considered for USILA All-America honors which will be announced at the end of the week.
