The Chestnut Hill College Golf team opened their final tournament of the 2025-26 season, firing a score of 328 to hold down 11th place at the Franklin and Marshall Spring Invitational in Lancaster, Pennsylvania at the Bent Creek Country Club.
The Griffins sit tied with Muhlenberg University and were three strokes behind tenth place  Salisbury University. Host Franklin and Marshall sat atop the leaderboard after the first round with a score of 284.
Kiefer Sharman led the Griffins with a five-over score of 76. Sharman fired three birdies and recorded an eagle on the par-5 twelfth hole and was tied for tenth place.  Rogelio Gerena also shot an eagle, on the par-4 seventh hole to go along with three birdies and eight pars for a score of 77 and tied for 14th place.Â
Jack Bulman followed with a score of 83Â and Trevor Dendler and Noah Cutting rounded out the five Griffin golfers with scores of 92 and 96 respectively.
The men's golf team will conclude their 2025-26 season with the second and final round of the F &M Spring Invitational.
