The Chestnut Hill College Men's golf team concluded play at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks Golf Club on Tuesday, finishing the tournament in 13th place.
The Griffins round two score was 335, finishing the tournament with a two-round total of 658, 11 strokes behind 12th place Clarion University. Lafayette College won the event with a score of 601.
Kiefer Sharman shot a 79 to lead the Griffins, finishing with a two-round score of 157, moving up seven places from round one to finish 25th. Tuesday's round saw Sharman produce ten pars and a birdie. Rogelio Gerena moved up five places from Monday's round, finishing in 56th place after shooting an 83 on Tuesday, finishing with a score of 167. Gerena recorded one birdie and six pars in the second round.
Jack Bulman shot an 87 on Tuesday to finish with a two-round total of 167, recording one birdie and four pars. Noah Cutting was the Griffins' fourth scorer on Tuesday with a score of 86, finishing the tournament with a two-round score of 177. Cutting had six pars in round two. Trevor Dendler struggled in round two shooting a score of 92 to finish with a two-round total of 172.
The Griffins return to action on Wednesday, April 9 2026 when they compete at the Husky Invitational in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
