Brown and Dandy Named to Atlantic East women's Flag Football All-Conference Team

The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women's Flag Football All-Conference teams and major awards earlier this week with two Chestnut Hill College players earning all-conference honors.  The All-Conference teams are voted on by the league's head coaches.

The Chestnut Hill College Women's Flag Football team recently completed its inaugural season placed two defensive players on the 2026 All-conference team.  Caliyah Brown was named as a first team defense honoree while Raquelle Dandy was a second team defense honoree.

Brown led the team in tackles with 63 on the season.  She also had a team high eight sacks and one interception while playing in 13 of the Griffins 16 games on the season. She had seven games this season with five or more tackles, including a season-high 11 against Penn state Schuylkill.  Brown also had a season high five sacks vs. Centenary.

Dandy led the team with 11 interceptions and 14 pass breakups while recording 52 tackles while playing in all 16 games. She had a season high three interceptions against Marywood University, returning two of them for touchdowns and had nine tackles in the Griffins' game at Immaculata University earlier this season. 

The Chestnut Hill College Women's Flag Football team concluded their inaugural season with a 3-13 overall and conference record.
