Four members of the Chestnut Hill College men's lacrosse team were among the 89 lacrosse student athletes recognized by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association as 2026 USILA Division II Scholar All-Americans in an announcement by the organization.
Graduate Students Will Duddy and Aidan Owens and seniors Silas Charles and Daniel Myers were the four Griffins' recognized by the USILA, capping off their stellar careers at Chestnut Hill.  The four honorees bringing the Griffins total to 24 players earning USILA Scholar All-American honors.
A USILA Scholar All-American must be nominated by his coach and be a student with a senior year of academic standing and a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of at least a 3.0. He will have behaved in a manner that has brought credit to himself, his institution, and to college lacrosse both on and off the field. He must also be either a USILA All-American, a member of a North/South Team, or an outstanding league or conference player.
Myers was an honorable mention all-north region selection and a first team All-CACC (Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference) honoree. Owens, Duddy and Charles were second team all-CACC honorees.
A business administration and management major, Myers recently was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large Team for 2025-26.  He was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national college athlete honor society in 2025 and is a two-time D2 Athletic Director's Association Academic Achievement Award Winner.  Myers has earned Dean's List accolades in five times in his four years at Chestnut Hill and has also earned CACC Academic Honor Roll accolades in each of his past five semesters.
Duddy and Owens are both pursuing the master's in business administration degrees.Â
Duddy  recorded his 100th career point earlier this season. He has 15 goals and ten assists on the season.  He has been named to the CACC Academic Honor Roll in each of the past five semesters.
Owens, a graduate transfer from Seton Hill University,  is second on the team with 43 ground balls and is one of four player with ten or more caused turnovers on the team this season (12). He has earned CACC Academic Honor Roll accolades in each of the past two semesters and as an undergraduate at Seton Hill, earned Dean's List honors multiple times.
 Charles is second on the team behind Myers with 20 caused turnovers and has also recorded 31 ground balls. A cybersecurity major, Charles has earned Dean's List honors multiple times at Chestnut Hill and has been named to the CACC Academic Honor Roll in each of the past five semesters.
