Philadelphia, Pa. – Chestnut Hill College placed 96 student-athletes on the 2025-26 Eastern Athletic Communications Association (EAST-COMM) Academic Honor Roll, the organization announced Tuesday.

In order to be eligible for the EAST-COMM Academic Honor Roll, student athletes must have at least sophomore eligibility and a 3.40 cumulative g.p.a.

Eight of the Griffin athletes honored play on two or more sport teams.  Chestnut Hill had 42 honorees from its fall sports, 12 from the winter sports, and 50 from the spring sports. Multi-sport athletes were listed  in each sport.   The average g.p.a. of the 96 honorees was 3.74

In just its second year, the EAST-COMM Academic Honor Roll recognized 7,466 student-athletes from 51 member institutions across the fall, winter and spring seasons
