Chestnut Hill College and Wilmington University engaged in CACC play on Tuesday, April 23, at the Wilmington University Athletics Complex in Newark, Delaware. There, a late first half run severed as the separator in the contest as the Wildcats closed the opening frame with a 6-0 run before eventually defeating the Griffins by a 17-9 measure. Junior attack Dai Pearson (Pottstown, Pa.) and senior midfielder Julia Reinert (Bridgeport, Pa.) both recorded three goals and an assist to lead the Scarlet and Gold offensively; the former also recorded a draw, while the latter additionally provided three ground balls, four draws, and caused a turnover. Junior midfielder Spencer Fitzgerald (Huntingtown, Md.) added an assist (Pearson, 16-8, 13:56, 2^nd) to her goal (4-3, 17:28, 1^st) to join Pearson and Reinert as a multiple-point provider. She also recorded three ground balls, a draw, and a caused turnover for Chestnut Hill College. In goal, senior Valeria Amaya (Oakland, Calif.) (4-8) totaled 14 saves and a ground ball.
