Northborough, Mass. – (7/29/2021) – On Tuesday, July 27, Chestnut Hill College's four seniors; Gab Fanfarillo (Glassboro, N.J.), Lily Corrigan (Bristol, Pa.), Angela Faraglia (Clifton Heights, Pa.), and Alyssa Kuykendall (Dillsburg, Pa.) were recognized on the 2021 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II Academic Honor Roll (.PDF). The IWLCA honored 442 student-athletes from 73 different institutions this year. In order to be eligible, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or greater.

The same Scarlet and Gold foursome were recently named to the 2021 CACC Women's Lacrosse All-Academic Team. It was the third CACC scholastic award for Fanfarillo, the second for Corrigan and Kuykendall, and the first for Faraglia. Fanfarillo is a five-time member of the Chestnut Hill College Dean's List (Spring 2018, Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021) and a six-time member of the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll (Fall 2017, Spring 2018, Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021). She was inducted to Chi Alpha Sigma; the National College Athlete Honor Society in 2020 and earned membership to CACC Women's Soccer All-Academic team in 2018.

Corrigan, Kuykendall, and Faraglia joined Fanfarillo as 2020 Chi Alpha Sigma inductees. The first two are five-time members of both the Chestnut Hill College Dean's List (Fall 2018, Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021) and the Chestnut Hill College Athletics Academic Honor Roll (Fall 2018, Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021), while Faraglia is a four-time member of the College's academic rosters (Fall 2017, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021).
