Four members of the Chestnut Hill College Men's Track and Field team competed at Saturday's Oscar Moore Invitational hosted by Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.
The Griffins' top finisher came in the high jump event as Elijah Bey cleared a personal best height of 1.87 meters (6' 1½") to place eighth overall. His performance moved him up one place on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference performance list for the event at #8.
Rudolph Del Prete competed in both the 3,000- and 5,000-meter events. He took home a 13th place finish in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 12:06.41 and placed 28th overall in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 20:52.37
Braden Berkey was the Griffins' top finisher at 5,000 meters, placing 15th overall with a season-best time of 16:48.39. Ryan O'Hara finished 23rd overall with a time of 17:59.51
The men's track and field team will return to action on Friday and Saturday, April 18-19, 2025, when they compete at the Paul Donohue Invitational at Widener University
